The 10 GP practices in Portsmouth work together in five Primary Care Networks (PCNs) to share expertise and resources over a wider geographical area.
This means that practices can offer a wider range of services to patients than they could have as a single practice. It will provide patients with faster and more efficient access to the right care and support.
