Who we’re looking for:
We’d like to recruit current or recent social care users, their carers, their families and their professionals to tell the story of what Adult Social Care in Portsmouth is like. We want to show to diversity of services offered by Adult Social Care, so will select participants to reflect this.
What’s involved:
We’re looking for people who can share their experiences on film – both good and bad – of navigating the social care system. We want to get to the heart of what social care means to you. We can visit you at home or any other suitable location in the city, and expect interviews to last no more than 2 hours.
How will my video diary be used?
Your videos will be used as part of a toolkit, which will include a five to ten minute film and a discussion guide to help people explore some of the themes, experiences and challenges shared in the film. It will be shown with council and NHS staff and the wider community, so you’ll need to be happy with your views and experiences being shared with the general public.
How can I get more information?
